The size and number of warts have gone down

I was diagnosed with HPV about two months ago and have been receiving cryotherapy ever since. The size and number of warts have gone down, and my boyfriend is being really great. But they’re not going away even after all of the painful treatments and not being able to sleep with my boyfriend is torture. I feel very depressed and self-conscious about my whole condition and I’m very afraid that I’ll never have a normal relationship with anyone again. I was wondering what treatments people have found the most effective and how long I should be expecting to wait before the visible symptoms go away. And when can I go back to having sex? I don’t want to spread this to him if he doesn’t have it, although it’s most likely he does since we’ve been together for 7 months now.
I’m going crazy, it’s wonderful that my boyfriend hasn’t left me or been angry and continuing to see him is great, but it’s also torture because it reminds me of all of the things I can’t have. I’m feeling very lost, any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
