The obvious question here is:

what (if any) are the dangers of oral sex when both my BF and i have GWs? I know some say it’s rare and some say it’s a real danger but no one seems to really come down on one side or the other.

My next question is: has anyone in had oral warts formally diagnosed?
and if so, how did you know? were they just discovered in an exam without you knowing or did you experience discomfort (sore throat, noticed bumps, etc). and where were they located (or if you happen to know, where are they usually located)? and do they look like GWs or are they different looking?

the reason i ask is because both my BF and i have been continually having oral sex and lately i’ve been getting a sore throat. my hpv was diagnosed in May and i used aldara for 6 weeks and they seemed to clear up. but being the hypochondriac that i am, i still have my worries.
